If you decide to use CBD pills for depression, consume one 25-30mg capsule and wait 45 minutes to feel the effects. If you’ve yet to feel any relief by the end of the 45 minutes, consume an additional pill and wait another 45 minutes. Repeat this cycle until you obtain your desired effects.
The total number of capsules you consumed will be the quantity of CBD gel caps you should intake in one sitting the following day.
